Remote Support Rates:

Remote support for Workstations running windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 is $50 per 30 Minutes of support.  Simple problems can usually be resolved in 30 minutes. Virus clean up averages 1 to 2 hours. These are only estimates and can vary based on your situation.
